What is your standard shipping policy?
We offer standard shipping across Australia for a flat rate of $10, or free for orders over $150. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.
How can I return an item if it doesn't fit?
Items can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange, provided they are in original condition with tags attached. Please note that final sale items cannot be returned unless faulty.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, and interest-free payment options including Afterpay and Zip Pay.
How do I find my correct size?
Each product page features a detailed size guide. We recommend measuring yourself and comparing your results to our chart, as our vintage-inspired cuts may vary from standard high-street sizing.
Can I change or cancel my order after it's been placed?
Our warehouse team works quickly to dispatch orders. If you need to make a change, please contact our customer service team immediately. Once an order has been processed, we are unable to cancel it.
